Reiki 1 – For Beginners

This course enable you to become a Reiki healer.  Everyone has the inbuilt ability to become a Reiki healer, you just need the correct Reiki attunement and a little guidance.

Reiki uses universal life force energy to balance and heal.  When your life force energy is high and flowing freely, you are healthy and happy.  When it is low you are vulnerable to illness, depression and stress. 

 

Reiki is completely safe and natural.  It is a pleasure to work with and at this workshop you will learn to treat yourself and others. You will leave after just one day of Reiki ready to help and heal friends, family, plants and animals!

• What Reiki is and how it works

• Self-treatment hand positions

• Hand positions for treating others

• The history of Reiki

• The five Reiki principles

• The Reiki ethics

• You will receive your Reiki Attunement

• You will also receive your Reiki level one Healers Certificate

The workshop is open to all, can be arranged on a day convenient to us both from 10 am - 4 pm at Kathy's home in Blackpool.  The day will include refreshments, lunch, attunement, your workbook and teaching and costs £120.
